Removing Shutdown option from start menu
You can play with your friends by removing ShutDown Option from start menu
Just open Command promp and type Regedit
Now navigate to...
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer
"NoClose"="DWORD:1"
thats it...
